Charles Baillargeon

We are proud to honour Charles Baillargeon, a long-time supporter and tireless volunteer.

Charles’s impact on our organization has been nothing short of incredible. For many years, Charles has been planting, tending, harvesting, and donating thousands of pounds of fresh produce year after year, helping us fill hampers and nourish families across the Battlefords.

His fields have truly become an extension of our food bank shelves. Through his hard work and generosity, Charles has made fresh, healthy food available to so many who need it. But what makes Charles even more remarkable is that his support started long before those produce donations. He has been a steadfast friend of the Battlefords District Food & Resource Centre and the Empty Stocking Fund from the very beginning, always there, always giving, always ready to lend a hand.

Charles brings not only an incredible work ethic but also a genuine friendliness and generosity of spirit. Whether he’s dropping off a truckload of vegetables or chatting with volunteers and staff, he makes everyone feel valued and connected.

Charles, we are so thankful for you.
Your years of unwavering support, your kindness, and your commitment to feeding our community have made a lasting difference. You have truly helped us grow literally and figuratively.
